OLC Will be available as soon as your team has been accepted.

There is $20 fee for this service paid to SINC Sports. Non -Refundable.

You must have your tournament registration fees paid before 10/10/2025 at 6:00 PM

You must also have any coaching conflicts registered before 10/10/2025 at 10:00 AM

OLC Has to be started by Wednesday, October, 15th by 6:00 PM and completed by October 16th before 8:00 PM

To insure the quality of service provided for the event, we have partnered with Group Housing as the official Hospitality Service of the tournament. 

All teams who need accommodations are encouraged to make hotel reservations through GroupHousing.  These hotels support our event.  GroupHousing guarantees the lowest rate available at all hotels.  GroupHousing will make this process efficient and friendly for you, while providing exceptional hotel accommodations for all teams. Good Soccer Tournaments require many things....including good officiating.  We are looking for dedicated and experienced referees for our December tournament. In todays economic environment, we are focusing on minimizing expenses without sacrificing quality and value. If you live in and around the Athens area and do not require hotel accommodations , we want to encourage you to register for the Finale Tournament.  If you will need a hotel room, we are asking that you agree to referee a minimum of eight (8) games over Saturday and Sunday.
