      A Premier Tournament Experience

      • Hosted at a single, state-of-the-art complex for seamless scheduling

      Club Incentives

      • 10 or more teams: One golf cart provided for a Club Director or Designee
      • 20 or more teams: Two golf carts provided for use throughout the tournament

      Stay-to-Play Event

      The 36th Annual OLOL Children's Hospital United Cup is a Stay-to-Play tournament for teams traveling more than 75 miles to/from the complex.

      • All hotel reservations must be made through our travel partner HBC Event Services

      Tournament Refund Policy

      Withdrawal Before Registration Deadline

      Teams that withdraw before the registration deadline will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee.

      Withdrawal After Registration Deadline

      Teams that withdraw after the registration deadline but before the start of the tournament will receive a 50% refund of the entry fee.

      If a replacement team is secured, the withdrawing team will receive a 100% refund after the tournament.

      Unpaid Withdrawals

      Teams that withdraw after the registration deadline and have not yet paid their entry fee will be invoiced for 50% of the entry fee.

      Once divisions are full & balanced they will be closed and teams may be placed on a waitlist.

      Divisions may close BEFORE the entry deadline! Max of 200 teams!

      Please note: 10U teams will play in a 2-game Jamboree (7v7) format, with both games being played on Sunday. There will be NO finals or scores posted for 10U teams with 1-center referee provided.

    • BRSC WILL NOT CHARGE ANY PARKING FEE'S FOR PARTICIPATING TEAMS. No Parking Passes needed!

    • Complex Information

      Entering and Exiting the Complex

      • Right turns only to enter and exit the complex. The use of turning lanes on Burbank Drive are crucial, and driving over the median is prohibited. 

      Parking inside the Complex

      • Right of way is to be given to pedestrians throughout the complex for the safety of all travelling teams. 
      • Vehicles must use the next available space to park, to avoid congestion in parking lots and complex traffic. 
      • Vehicles must park vertically, and no spaces are to be taken by parking horizontal in gravel and grass areas.
