• Hello Teams,

      It is tournament eve here in Cookeville.  Weather is looking GREAT for the weekend, and we are so excited to kick things off tomorrow.    The fields look fantastic.  Cookeville Parks and Rec worked very hard this summer to do some major repairs to the fields and they look in great shape for our weekend of play.  

      A few important updates and reminders about the weekend:

      • There is a 10$ parking fee at the entrance .   You can pay cash or VENMO.   Please remind your teams to be ready upon entering the park so we can keep traffic flowing.   Coaches do not have to pay for parking.  Please make sure that they tell the attendance they are a coach and for which team upon entering.
      • The park has one way entry off Washington Ave and Exit ONLY off Whittaker Springs.  Please refer to the facility map layout to see our traffic flow and parking map.  
      • The CHS field (High School) is connected to the park and does have parking options close to the field.  
      • Concessions will be available (Cash, Venmo, Square).
      • We will have vendors on site with some cool stuff available to purchase, please stop by and check it out and share with your teams.
      • We will have a photographer on site all weekend that does PRINT ON SITE posters for your team.   They will be available all weekend and do a fantastic job capturing an early season team photo and you can walk away with it in your hands this weekend! 
      • All teams must be CHECKED IN ONLINE.   Print your packet and bring your SINCSPORT verified roster and player/coach cards to EVERY GAME.   The ONLY ROSTER we will accept is the SINCSPORT ROSTER.  
      • We realize some teams have had some uniform issues this year with suppliers.   We have communicated this to our referees, do your best use pinnies if we have to we do not want to create unnecessary stress on anyone because of a uniform issue that is outside their control.  
      • Please remind your teams to sit directly across from your player bench on the sidelines and to NOT be behind the goal areas.   We also need to make sure all parents and spectators understand we have a zero tolerance policy for referee abuse.  We have a busy weekend ahead.  Many of our referees are working a lot of games and some are newer referees as it is a new season.  Let's work together to keep the sidelines positive and a fun weekend for all, including our referees. 
      • Bracket play:  Some divisions are round robin with a winner and finalist determined by points, others are bracket play with seeding and playoffs.   The SINCSPORT app is live updates and will populate seeding once results come in.   Make sure you check the format of your division so your team knows what games you have on Sunday.   HERE IS A DIRECT LINK TO THE WEBSITE WHICH ALSO SHOWS THE LIVE SCHEDULE, SCORE AND STANDINGS.
