Tournament Rules -2011

Age and Eligibility:

Participation in the showcase is open to accepted teams composed of 18 or fewer players (22 players for U17 thru U19) meeting the age limit of the specified division. Players must have been born during, or subsequent to, the divisional year. Each team must be registered with a National State Association affiliated with the USYSA/USSF/USCLUB or national equivalent and must present a valid state/official roster. Player registration cards duly authorized by State or National Association will be required as proof of age. Player Passes and state/official rosters must be present at the field for duration of the game....

Online Check-In Online Check In is now available for this event. What is Online Check-in? Online Check-in eliminates the need for your team to show up in person before your first game by allowing you to complete the check-in process online. You will be required to upload .pdf files or images to the secure sincSports cloud. The event will determine which documents are required. There is a $20 non-refundable fee. Inclement Weather Schedule Update
Games are still ON as planned for this evening, however please be prepared to have to deal with some possible storms during the evening. Please be ready to play exactly on game time. Games will be 60 mins with only a 5 minute half time. Expect possible delays during games and possible delays with start times. Games will be considered complete if stopped at half-time or during the 2nd half for inclement weather. Decisions on possible games incomplete or abandoned have not been finalized yet but it is possible they may be considered a 'draw' TBD. Be prepared for a 'possible' change of Sundays schedule if delays are significant on Saturday evening. Please sign up for the texting service under 'messaging' to receive real-time information on potential game delays and weather information. This website, texting service and hotline (901) 751 4223 x9 will be updated periodically throughout the afternoon Saturday.
