Team Acceptance:
- Teams can register beginning November 20, 2024.
- Teams will be notified of acceptance prior to the tournament. Registration does not guarantee acceptance.
- Teams will be asked to pay for the tournament upon acceptance.
Monday Jan 8th Deadline to register teams for full consideration some age groups and brackets may fill up before this date.
Monday Jan 20, 2025 Team Acceptance emails sent.

Wed March 5, 2025 Brackets Released
Th March 27 2025 - Schedules released
Deadline to start Online check in - Mon March 31, 2025
Deadline to complete online check in - Th April 3 5pm

Please bring the following with you to the tournament
1. Three (3) computer generated rosters with uniform numbers (USYSA or US Club) (2 copies for the event to keep). Teams are not allowed to have mixed passes (All USYSA or US Club per team)
2. Laminated players passes
3. Medical Release forms
4. "Permission to Travel" from state association if traveling from outside of Florida (USYSA only)
