HOW TO ACCESS TOURNAMENT FORMS

You will be able to access all tournament forms from either your TEAM HOME PAGE or the DOCUMENTS TAB on the Forsyth Fusion website.

To access your TEAM HOME PAGE:
Go to the Forsyth Fusion website – http://www.soccerincollege.com/TTIntro.aspx?tid=fusion

  • Click on the login link on the upper right corner of the TOURNAMENT HOME PAGE.
  • Enter your log-in and password and hit submit. You will then be on your TEAM HOME PAGE.
  • If you forget your log-in or password, enter your email address on the log-in page and it will be emailed to you.
  • Click on the links on your TEAM HOME PAGE to access the forms. ...

Tournament check for all teams will take place on Friday November 16 at from 7:00pm until 10:00pm at the below Tournament Hotel:

The Forsyth Fusion Soccer Club is pleased to invite your team to apply to the Forsyth Fusion Adidas Fall Classic, November 17 and 18, 2007. Now in its 4th year, the tournament has become one of the best Academy tournaments for Fall Soccer U9 through U12. New for this year, we have also added a U12 11v11 Bracket along with the addition of U13 and U14 Age Groups. 

You may register and submit your application on-line and pay by  Visa or MasterCard or by registering and sending in your check. Once submitted you will receive confirmation that your application has been received. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance into the tournament. You will be notified of acceptance by November 2, 2007.



What Will My Team Get?

Every Team will receive a Game Ball. Every Player will receive a Fall Classic Patch.  We will have hospitality set up for all Coaches. Trophies for First and Second Place Teams.



Just the facts

Tournament Eligibility
The Forsyth Fusion Fall Classic is open to select teams, classic, athena and academy registered and in good standing with their US Youth Soccer affiliated association. Age groups for this years’ tournament are u10, u11, u12, u13, u14 for boys and girls.

 

Divisions
Teams will be grouped according to past playing record to make the most competitive divisions possible. The Fall Classic Committee alone determines final placement. The Committee uses many factors when ranking teams including league playing division and record, State Cup and tournament results, USA Rank ranking service, etc.

Teams
All teams and players must be US Youth Soccer affiliated for the ‘07-'08 seasonal year. US Youth Soccer roster and ‘07-‘08 player cards are required to participate. Notification of travel is required for all teams from out-of-state.

The computerized team application system will assign your age group based on the age of your oldest registered player.
 
Players and Guest Players
All players must by registered for fall ’07 -’08. A player may play for only one team during the tournament. A maximum of 3 guest players per team is allowed. Guest players must be registered and have a current ’07-’08 player pass.


Format
U10s will play 6v6 – maximum roster size is 12 players. U11s and U12s will play 8v8 – maximum roster size is 14 players. U12 (11v11), U13 and U14 will play 11v11 - maximum roster size is 18..

On-line registration:
On-line registrations are quick and easy. On-line registrations may be paid by credit card.  Once teams are sent to Committees or placement or your team is accepted, the entry fee is non-refundable. (If your team is not accepted, your entry fee will be returned in its entirety.).

 

Refunds:
Refunds will be made to all teams not accepted..

Once teams have gone to the Committee for placement or your team is accepted, the entry fee is non-refundable. If your team withdraws prior to the above, your entry fee will be refunded, minus a $50.00 administrative fee.

Schedules:

For travel preparations, a representative must check the team in on Friday evening, November 16. Teams are guaranteed a total of three games, two games on Saturday and one game on Sunday.  Semifinal Matches and Final Matches will be played on Sunday afternoon. The earliest game Saturday begins at 8:00 am. The last final game on Sunday should start no later than 5:00pm. We will do what we can to accommodate Coaches with multiple Teams as much as possible, but cannot guarantee that there will not be conflicts.

 

Guest players:
Guest players must be registered with US Youth Soccer for the '07-'08 seasonal year and have player passes, etc. Only 3 Guest Players allowed per Team.

 

Forsyth Fusion Teams:
Each Forsyth Fusion team accepted into the tournament is required to provide two volunteers (four hours total) to help during the tournament. There are many opportunities to help - before the tournament, during registration or at the the fields. Volunteers are scheduled so they will not miss any of their teams games. Once accepted, each Forsyth Fusion team will be contacted to determine what volunteer position the Team will be helping with.

Online Check-In

Online Check In is now available for this event.

What is Online Check-in?

Online Check-in eliminates the need for your team to show up in person before your first game by allowing you to complete the check-in process online. You will be required to upload .pdf files or images to the secure sincSports cloud. The event will determine which documents are required.

There is a $20 non-refundable fee.

If you viewed any form of the Game Schedule prior to Monday November 12 at 10:00pm, they were incomplete.  Please reprint any Game Schedules as they have been updated.
