Making that first connection with a college coach is a huge step and can be a bit intimidating. This is where you put yourself out there and let a coach know you'd like to learn more about their school. Making a great first impression is easier than you think and as a College Bound Athlete, we'll even walk you through the process!

Before a Showcase

College coaches attend showcases to see thousands of players at one time. To get on their radar, it is important to reach out to them prior to the event. Here are some tips on contacting coaches before a showcase:

• Send a personalized note to each school.
• Introduce yourself.
• Let the coach know why you are interested in their program.
• Send your schedule and remind them of your number and jersey colors.
• Include your printable profile
